canned black beans
drained and rinsed (1 full can)

cooked chicken
shredded

dairy-free cheese shreds

medium tomatoes
diced

sliced jalapeños

sliced black olives
1/2
cup
chopped fresh cilantro

medium avocados

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Spread the tortilla chips in an even layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Evenly distribute the drained and rinsed black beans over the chips.
Sprinkle the shredded chicken over the beans and chips.
Evenly distribute the dairy-free cheese shreds over the chicken.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the chips are lightly golden.
Remove from the oven and immediately top with the diced tomatoes, sliced jalapeños, and sliced black olives.
Sprinkle the chopped cilantro over the nachos.
Finally, add the diced avocados on top.
Serve immediately while still warm and enjoy your dairy-free loaded nachos!
