Instructions
Cook jasmine rice according to package instructions.
In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef and garlic together. Drain excess fat.
Stir in soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar, and chili flakes. Cook for 2-3 minutes until well combined.
Add Thai basil leaves and cook until wilted.
Serve the beef over a bed of jasmine rice.
