lbs
chicken wings
2
tbsp
olive oil
1
tbsp
paprika
1
tsp
cayenne pepper
1
tsp
garlic powder
1
tsp
onion powder
1
tsp
salt
1/2
tsp
black pepper
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, mix together the paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to create the spice rub.
Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels and place them in a large mixing bowl.
Drizzle the olive oil over the wings and toss to coat evenly.
Sprinkle the spice rub over the wings and use your hands to massage the seasoning into the chicken, ensuring even coverage.
Arrange the seasoned wings on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer, making sure they're not touching each other.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, flipping the wings halfway through cooking time, until they're golden brown and crispy.
Remove from the oven and let the wings rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce, celery sticks, and carrot sticks if desired.
