Creamy Mushroom and Spinach Gnocchi

about 16 ounces gnocchi

butter

cup
sliced mushrooms
4
cloves
garlic
minced

cups
fresh spinach
1
cup
heavy cream
1/2
cup
grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Cook gnocchi according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
In the same pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add mushrooms, cooking until golden.
Add garlic and spinach, sautéing until spinach is wilted.
Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan until the sauce is creamy.
Return gnocchi to the pot, tossing to coat in the sauce.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm, garnished with extra Parmesan.
