Green onions

Instructions
In a pot, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add mushrooms and sauté until tender, about 5 minutes. Add bok choy and cook until slightly wilted.
Stir in curry paste and cook for another minute until fragrant.
Pour in coconut milk and vegetable broth. Bring to a simmer.
Add ramen noodles to the pot and cook according to package instructions or until tender.
Serve the ramen hot, garnished with sliced green onions.
