This policy applies to two ways of using Ollie:

  • The Ollie App & Website – including meal planning, preferences, and account-based features
  • Ollie Text Messaging Services (SMS/MMS/RCS & iMessage) – texting Ollie to get help, reminders, or information

 

Ollie is built to work for you — not advertisers. We believe in trust, transparency, and giving you control over your data. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

When you use Ollie, we collect limited information such as your name, phone number, and device or usage data. If you message or interact with Ollie, you may share additional information. Ollie does not promote sponsored or paid products. Any recommendations are intended to be unbiased and user-focused. We may advertise Ollie itself on third-party platforms.

By texting Ollie, you consent to receive messages from Ollie related to the service.

9. Message Content & AI Processing

Message content may be reviewed or used in aggregate to improve Ollie’s systems, with safeguards in place to protect user privacy.

  • We do not provide medical, legal, or financial advice

10. Data Retention (All Users)

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to:

  • Provide the service

  • Improve and secure Ollie

 

Retention periods may differ for:

  • App data
  • Message content
  • Inactive accounts

 

You may request deletion at any time. In the app, you can delete your account from your Profile. To delete your text message information, email us at hello@ollie.ai.

11. Sharing Information (All Users)

We may share information with trusted service providers who help us operate Ollie, such as:

  • Messaging delivery providers

These providers may only use data on our behalf and under contractual safeguards.
